Water in fact in this area is an important element, a type of core which surrounds the enviroment and calms it, revitalizes it. Here water, as in the force of water, is everywhere: not only in the swimming pool, but in the paddles that make the mill turn, the stream that runs in and out of the architecture, and in the river only tens of metres from the building.
